2.1 Enchanted VA offers a variety of services including, but not limited to, general administration, customer support, social media management, marketing support, project management, and personal assistance.
2.2 Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client ("you," "your"). We aim to provide high-quality, reliable, and confidential support.
3. Service Engagement
3.1 Initial Consultation: We offer a free consultation to discuss your needs and how our services can be tailored to support your business.
3.2 Service Agreement: Upon agreement, a formal service contract will be provided outlining the scope of services, fees, and other terms. Services will commence upon acceptance of the contract and any required initial payment.
3.3 Communication: We primarily communicate via email and other agreed-upon digital means. Timely communication is essential for effective service delivery.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Pay-As-You-Go: Our hourly rate for ad-hoc services is £35 per hour.
4.2 Retainer Packages: We offer discounted hourly rates for bulk hours:
10 Hours Package: £330 (£33/hour)20 Hours Package: £640 (£32/hour)40 Hours Package: £1,240 (£31/hour)
4.3 Project-Based Pricing: For projects with a defined scope, we offer project-based pricing. A detailed quote will be provided based on the project requirements.
4.4 Invoicing and Payment: Invoices are issued monthly for ongoing services or as per the agreed project milestones. Payment is due within 14 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per month.4.5 Currency: All fees are quoted and payable in GBP (£).
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Data Protection: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your data. We will not disclose any information provided by you to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
5.2 Security Measures: We employ reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services.
6.2 Timely Communication: You are responsible for timely responses to our communications and for providing all required information and approvals to facilitate service delivery.
6.3 Access to Tools: If required, you will provide access to any tools or platforms necessary for us to perform the agreed services.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Client: You may terminate the service agreement at any time with a written notice of 14 days. Any unused hours in retainer packages are non-refundable but can be used during the notice period.
7.2 Termination by Enchanted VA: We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement with a 14-day notice if you fail to comply with these terms or any payment obligations.
7.3 Post-Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be settled, and we will return all client materials and confidential information.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enchanted VA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Enchanted VA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
